Are Short Term Rentals Allowed?

The association would like to issue a friendly reminder that short term rentals are not permitted within Coronado Ranch. The CC&R’s State:
“No Owner may lease less than his entire Lot and the Residence situated thereon…. Any lease of a Lot or Residence situated thereon must be for an initial term of at least one (1) month.”
Any owner found to be in violation of this rule will be given a $3,000.00 fine for each instance for which the association is given evidence of the violation.
